Conference site
The Conference will be held at the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice, which is placed close to the border bridge connecting Słubice with Frankfurt/Oder. The Conference registration desk located near the entrance of Collegium Polonicum will be opened on the afternoon of Sunday, 9.09.2007 and during each day of the Conference.

For each participant we have booked a room at the University Campus. The accomodation is located approx. 400 metres from the Conference site.

Audio-visual equipment
PC computers together with video projectors will be installed in all conference rooms. Overhead projectors will be also available. Time allotted for presentation of papers is about 20 minutes including discussion time.

Publication
Accepted papers will be published by the Academic Press EXIT. Two volumes are planned to be prepared. The first volume will include papers in English, while the second one - those in Polish.
Final paper preparation - NEW
The authors should prepare the final version of manuscript containing maximum 8 pages of the A4 format in the case of regular papers and 12 pages of the A4 format in the case of plenary ones. It is important that any critical comments are adequately addressed before the final paper is uploaded. The conference proceedings book will be prepared based on camera-ready papers. Therefore, please prepare the final version of the manuscript very carefully. Please follow the instructions to authors. All submissions must be electronic. The only accepted format is PDF. The manuscript should be delivered using the submission system available from the official conference website. Final papers have to be delivered before May 15, 2007. Any papers submitted after this date will not be included in the proceedings. The paper must be resubmitted even if the reviewers indicated that no changes were required. For the authors' convenience and in order to prepare papers in accordance with the conference requirements, an MS WORD template and the LaTeX document class are available at the conference website. MS WORD documents, after they have been processed, must be converted into the PDF format.
Registration form - NEW
The conference policy requires that at least one regular registration for each accepted paper must be made to include the paper in the technical programme and conference proceedings.
